I align with no religion or political entity.

The pompous declaration of a one-off, quotable, ego-fueled summary of my work and artistic goals could not be of less interest to me. It is a pointless and witless pandering; an exercise that academics and the media use to torture those that are not yet aware that there is, in truth, no destination, no ultimate artistic summit.

All that exists is the aspiration to silence time, route emotion, and re-create internal compositions so they may be experienced by others.

Please note: I am aware that, although denouncing it as such, the text above can, in fact, be construed as an 'Artists Statement'. This mild irony is not lost on me, so please: stop emailing me.
